Here at Greenbush a passion for creatively pushing the boundaries of possibility is something of a second nature. Whether it pertains to our approach in brewing, methods in cooking, merchandising or what have you, we strive to bring something new & exciting to the table.
Where We Make the Meat
Located at the old Sawyer church just .2 miles down the road from the taproom sits our commissary kitchen. Because we are a from-scratch operation, the majority of our food preparation is executed at this location. We create all sorts of fine GB Grub to satiate the masses from fresh stuffed sausages, baked goods, delectable sauces and so much more.
