Chef Joel Degner, our resident Pit Master/Grease Burner , whips up hearty sandwiches and soups that complement our beers. And what can you say about Joel's Spiced Nuts? Well, what can you?

That delicious smell wafting over the bar? It's probably bacon, just pulled from the oven. Or mirepoix (the holy trinity of vegetables), sautéed in butter. Whatever it is, you're trying desperately not to salivate in your beer (or at least not let anyone see you do it). There's good news—we can help.
